Country: USA
Director: William V. Schotten
Notable Cast: Ashley Gallo, Gregg Biamonte, Arthur Collins

Synopsis:
Recent suicide victim Angela [Ashley Gallo] is barely alive, being kept alive on life support. But in the "bitex," a world between the real one and the aetherial world of the dead, she is very much alive, and has a long journey ahead of her. Angela must revisit her past, regain the memories she lost when she crossed over, and take stock of her life. She must cross a vast, unearthly wasteland populated by eerie creatures who wish to take her psychic energy and send her to oblivion forever. Some of those memories are good ones, filled with love, security, and hope; others are dark, filled with selfishness, wrath and madness. Angela must find her way to the end, which holds she knows not what.
Silver Cell is a highly experimental horror film with an imaginative and original storyline. Gallo, as Angela, gives an excellent performance, switching from a vulnerable and hopeful little girl to a vengeful, demented soul in the blink of an eye. Her performance is, unfortunately, not completely supported by the other members of the cast, but Silver Cell remains a highly engaging and visually interesting film, well worth a
